Datatek has been involved with Chemiluminescent NOx analyzers since the early 1980’s. We know every aspect of operation from orifice ratio’s to high voltage controls. Datatek leaves the manufacturing of analyzer to companies who’s budget far exceeds that of Datatek. We do not build chemiluminescene NOx analyzers we make them perform better and last longer. Our support equipment is designed to integrate flawlessly with any manufacturers equipment. From permeation tubes to NOx converter rebuilds as well as complete external converter assemblies, we can make good products even better.
Model 510B Molybdenum NOx Converter
External NOx Converter Molybdenum based, provides >97% efficiency with a 10,000 ppm/hr catalyst life. Unit equipped with manual bypass, pulsed fired zero crossover oven control to avoid board mounted relay failure and provide excellent temperature control.
Options include Stainless Steel High temperature conversion (not recommended for Sulfur applications), alarm relays, solenoid bypass control, slide mounts for 19 inch rack mount.

Always nice to have a back up
Having a back up unit for NOx conversion is never a bad idea. Our DIN rail mounted Converter offers the same efficiency as our rack mounted but with half the run time (5000 PPM/HR). Avaliable in 2 configurations, auto temperature set for Moly conversion or controller unit. Each unit comes complete with wire harness (controller) and all mounting hardware. Options include manual bypass, auto bypass, SS conversion tube.

Converter Rebuild Service Available for Most Converters
Ever wonder what is in that $1000 NOx converter? Well here are a few different configurations from the same company. Moly impregnated screen, steel tubing with high Moly content, everything except elemental Molybdenum. The pile of white substance is an example of what happens to the screening under certain conditions. We ran a PH on that white stuff and it registered 1-2 which just about beats Sulfuric acid. Datatek’s new converters as well as our rebuilds utilize elemental Molybdenum that we shave on a Bridgeport mill to achieve the desired surface area. We can rebuild most converter at half the cost of replacement units.
