Datateksystems was created in 1995 by Bob Daversa, former lab manager and field service supervisor at Anarad Gas Analyzers based in Santa Barbara. For over 25 years Datatek Systems and Service has helped some of the largest power producers and refineries meet their obligations to improve the environment and optimize process control.
Datatek does not manufacture analyzers, we manufacture support equipment from Probes to Exhaust Manifolds. Our equipment is designed for ease of maintenance and to extend the service life and reliability of the analytical equipment it supports. Years of experience go into every product Datatek supplies and we stand behind our products with unparalleled support.

Converters with Higher performance and a Lower price
Datatek has been rebuilding and manufacturing converters since 1995. We take pride in the ability to cut cost as well as manufacturing a superior product. Only high end components are used, from the fittings to the catalyst materials everything is the best available. Our Molybdenum comes to us in elemental form and is machined in house for the greatest surface area for a longer lifespan and higher efficiency. We also manufacture our High Temperature converters with several materials available for the conversion coil. Utilizing Stainless 317L our coils provide the additional benefit of High Molybdenum in a strictly High Temp Converter,

Sample Delivery & Conditioning
The integrity of the sample starts at the source and must be maintained until analysis. This means control of moisture, particulate and pressures from the probe until exhausted by the system. From the beginning of the process to the very end of analysis all system components play a part. Datatek qualifies all sub-assemblies in real life situations not just what works on paper. Things as simple as a undersized exhaust port can play a big part in accuracy and response times. Datatek panels are built to allow the customer flexibility when troubleshooting hardware without going through the computer. Exercise all valving, select streams at the flip of a switch while in “manual mode”. From complete Analysis systems in multiple configurations to replacement probes or any component of your system that needs improvement, Datatek can supply a solution.
NOx Support Products
NOx Analyzers are some of the most stabile analyzers that there are. They can run for years upon years 24/7 without any problems at all, that is with proper maintenance. Datatek as stated before does not make Chemi analyzers but we offer products and experience that can make any manufacturers analyzer better. External NOx converters to get the heat out of the analyzer, charcoal that does not dust or explode, filters, drier assemblies, orifice that are built into the fittings and so on. We can even set up a spare parts list of components that will fail for your analyzers.

Datatek has lots of bits and pieces of orders laying around, from filter elements, polishing filter replacement glass, pump diaphragms, O2 RTD’s and so on. Our vendors only supply products in multiples so what the customer doesn’t want we get to stock pile. Take a look at the sales page and look whenever you have time because items do change and when their gone their gone. From fittings to valves to spectral filters chances are you can find something you need way below market price.
Looking to replace sample conditioning and keep your current analyzers? We can do that with minimal disruption to data collection. Sometimes you only have problems with certain aspects of your system. Sample delivery, sample conditioning or just a flow control panel, whatever the case may be we can help.
